THE VINES
Sourced from three distinct Texas vineyards—Dell Valley, Farmhouse Vineyards, and Darst Ranch—this wine is a true representation of the state. Grapes from the high-elevation Dell Valley out West contribute to a balanced profile. In the East, the Darst Ranch Vineyard provides Blanc du Bois, a variety well-suited to the warm and humid conditions of Austin County.
WINEMAKING
This vibrant blend is composed of 59% Moscato Giallo, 17% Malvasia Bianca, 13% Semillon, 7% Sauvignon Blanc, and 4% Blanc du Bois. The Moscato Giallo and Malvasia were fermented and aged in a stainless-steel tank, while the Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Blanc du Bois were aged in neutral oak barrels for over five months with lees stirring.
TASTING NOTES
This is a light, crisp, and fresh wine. The nose is vivacious with notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and wool. Its biting acidity is beautifully balanced by the density gained from oak fermentation and aging.
FOOD PAIRINGS
This wine pairs wonderfully with briny oysters, white fish with citrus, or a fresh Watermelon Salad with Mint and Feta Cheese. It's also a beautiful match for spicy Thai dishes.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
A vibrant, Texas-born white blend that brings elegance to any occasion. Add this bottle to your collection and taste the heart of Texas in every sip.
