The M³ Experience
M³ Ranch is first and foremost a working winery, tasting room, and wine garden. We are honored to open our 72-acre property for select events hosted intentionally and on a case-by-case basis, welcoming celebrations that value intention, beauty, and community.
About the property
What We Offer
- A climate-controlled indoor winery space
- Seating capacity of approximately 50 guests for plated dinners (more for cocktail-style or chair-only events)
- 72 acres of pristine ranchland and open-air wine garden
- Natural surroundings including peaceful ponds, sprawling oak trees, longhorn cattle, and gentle donkeys
- Fire pit, rose gardens, olive trees, and walking grounds
We Do Not Have
- Concrete walkways throughout the property
- A commercial kitchen
- Traditional ballroom-style infrastructure

Weddings at M³ Ranch
Weddings are offered on a limited, case-by-case basis.
Wedding packages Includes:
- 13 Hours of facility access
- Barn Use
- Outdoor grounds
- Bridal Suite (on-site Airbnb with wedding night stay)
- Groom’s Quarters with lounge, bar, and game area
- Light towers
- Portable restrooms and sanitation
- Additional staffing and coordination
- Property preparation before and after
Pricing Details:
Prices may vary by month and day of the week.
$6,500 – Sunday to Friday
$7,500 – Saturdays
All weddings are reviewed and approved prior to booking to ensure alignment with the property and event vision.

Package includes:
- 3-hour facility rental (subject to availability)
- Accommodates up to 35 guests
- Champagne toasts and seating for 35
Indoor and outdoor space
Pricing:
$500 per hour – Monday to Thursday (2-hour minimum)
$1,000 per hour – Friday to Saturday (2-hour
minimum)
$750 per hour – Sunday (2-hour minimum)
These rates do not apply to weddings.

We had our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party here and couldn’t have been more pleased. Very responsive owners and super easy to work with. Even with the January cold weather, we were able to accommodate 100+ people comfortably. The property is stunning indoors and outdoors and was perfect. We will certainly be back!
