Questions

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is not free and is charged separately after checkout.
Once your wine purchase is complete, our team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your preferred shipping method and provide payment details.
All orders are fulfilled through UPS.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged at the start of each release — April 1 for spring and November 1 for fall.
Each release is billed individually, so you only pay for one shipment at a time.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes! You can cancel anytime.

Can I choose my wines?

Absolutely — you can select your preferred bottles.
